Great base for discovering Dubrovnik. the supper friendly and attentive staff and their quick responses to my needs. - Compact, spotless room with several pillows to choose from and a wonderful view and coffee/tea. - With tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator.

Hotel was deluxe, rooms were delightful and compact. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and included pastries, cheese, and meats. The location of the property was marvellous, within walking distance of the main attractions. Booked it for our easter and had a wonderful stay here.

The room was comfy and beautiful, we had a safe box, TV, and a mini bar fridge.

This place had a great view of the sea, and the room was just the right size – not too big, not too small. the staff were all really nice and super friendly. They served us yummy pastries, cheese, and a variety of meats for breakfast every morning 🥐.

We got great value for our money with a stylish and comfortable room, stunning views, and a variety of coffee options. The location was perfect, away from the tourist areas but still within walking distance to Dubrovnik. The quiet beaches nearby were a bonus. The standout was the amazing hospitality of Vinkica, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely return here, it was truly a delight.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was having a wider variety of items available.

We had the most perfect stay at this place. The view from our window was unbeatable, overlooking the old town and the beautiful island Lokrum. The room itself was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The location was ideal, just a short walk to multiple beaches and swimming spots. The host was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. We even received surprise treats like croissants and fresh fruit each morning! Staff were friendly and always available for assistance. we highly recommend this venue for its stunning views, excellent service, and convenient location near the beach.

The check-in process was a bit stressful as we didn't have the house number on our confirmation and the provided telephone number wasn't working. However, the hosts were very apologetic and accommodating and made up for it with their kindness and hospitality.

Super cozy and clean room with an amazing view. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center, but in a very quiet area. the host was just lovely and very helpful with local recommendations. She even left us some breakfast treats and refreshments in the room. We really appreciated the attention to detail.

It was a bit tricky to find the place at first since the GPS wasn't very accurate, but once we found it, everything was great. the parking lot was a bit small, but luckily we found a spot right in front of the hotel.
